Mickael Guirand

Talented musician, best known as the co-founder and lead vocalist of the popular Haitian konpa band, Carimi and Vayb.

Born and raised in Haiti, Mickael began his musical journey singing in the choir of his childhood school, then officially started his musical career with popular 90s Konpa band: Kdans. 
Leaving Haiti to further his college education he reunited with friends Carlo and Richard and founded the legendary group CaRiMi.

As lead vocalist of Carimi, Mickael continues to be a driving force in the Haitian music scene with his band Vayb, inspiring new generations of musicians and music lovers alike.
